Masculine motifs and postmarks stamp sets gold heat embossed on a tan water colored background. This was the challenge at Papertrey Ink. When it dried it had such an aged look I knew it would be perfect for my sister in laws birthday!!
I'm making several cards for birthdays and to increase my stash of ready cards. I'm forever in need of male cards so I'm trying to focus on those on the rest of my make it Mondays till I have my stash filled full enough!
I actually used photo paper to watercolor on with my ink pads.

For my mother who LOVEs green and nature, so this will be her Mother's day card. The old Joanne Fabric embossing powder was the worst ever and I have thrown it in the trash. I hate how it worked out, but I know my mom will still love it. I must get some better quality white powder!
